A product of MatchMaker Software Limited, Arithon Recruiting Software was originally created as an enterprise product for large U.K. and Irish employment agencies.
Historically, these agencies have handled the recruiting and even the hiring for companies there. It caught on with the agencies, many of whom were just beginning the transition from rudimentary digital or even paper tracking systems. Because of its features and its ASP delivery system, Arithon expanded into the wider European market and today has offices in the U.K. and Poland.
Today, the product lineup still includes an enterprise product for large operations, but the pricing structure makes Arithon attractive to smaller staffing agencies. It also has a corporate version for direct employers. Arithon has a partnership with Burning Glass to extend the company's highly regarded XRay parser to Arithon ATS customers.
