CaptCareer
CaptCareer is an off-the-shelf ATS for Windows-based systems, in standard or professional versions. The product description says it includes a job board that accepts applications and a fairly pedestrian database. There is no mention of even a rudimentary parser. The features description seems to be saying job seekers must fill out a fielded application. For the $1,600 the company wants for the standard product, other companies offer more.
