This is a small recruitment consulting firm that is an offshoot of its sister company, PowerPlace Software, an ATS vendor to the staffing indistry. It offers a bit of everything, including headhunting, vendor management, client site recruitment management, recruiter training and, of course, the sale of the PowerPlace ATS.
There's not much information on the website about the specific services or, more importantly, about the principals and consultants. We can tell you that Dan Kenton is a principal and the person who registered the company. (Christine Kenton is president.) He has an extensive history in IT and software development. In 1990, he founded an IT staffing firm and developed PowerPlace to automate the routine recordkeeping and bookkeeping functions of the office. Two years later he founded PowerPlace Software to market the ATS product and that company partners with Applied Logix. Dan Kenton is also listed as one of the leaders of HRWorldNet, an international consulting and executive recruitment firm specializing in the hospitality industry.
