Not to be confused with agricultural research, AGResearch is a boutique, HR support services company and search firm that provides candidate leads, vets recruitment prospects, and gathers competitive intelligence on behalf of its clients.
Those clients - about 60 percent are corporate with the balance search firms - include some two dozen of the Fortune 100. The firm, with virtual offices across the U.S., simplifies the recruiting process for its clients by developing sourcing lists and can even provide basic intelligence on the individuals who appear on those lists.
AGResearch has helped fill jobs from mid-level manager up to CEO, and can even conduct the search and present the top candidates. It also keeps its finger on client competitors, providing early warnings on recruiting campaigns, staff expansions, and changes in management.
