Although a one woman firm, founder Kim Benedict has broad experience in HR. Before going into business for herself, she worked in HR for a health care provider, a modest sized publicly held company and a good-sized privately owned health devices manufacturer. She also has her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Alas, you won't find this out from the company website (it's on LinkedIn), which actually says nothing about Benedict and little about the company.

Accurate Background, Inc., a nationwide background screening company, made Deloitte’s 2008 Technology Fast 500, the third consecutive time the Lake Forest, Calif. has been named to the list.
Accurate is ranked 414th based on revenue growth between 2003–2007. Accurate had $11.88 million in revenue in 2007 versus $2.84 million in 2003 for a 318.4 percent increase.
