You might know this company better by one of its other names, AbsoluteHire or AbsoluteBackground, both of which make clear that Abso is all about applicant tracking, screening, and assessment.
Judging from the Google entries about the company, most of its attention comes from its background and screening services. The company gets high marks both for its turnaround time on background checks, as well as its ability to comply with the myriad of federal and state laws that require employers to treat personnel data in different ways.
Its talent management product, branded as Talent Edition, is an ATS that automates the record-keeping, storage and contacts from req receipt to posting and screening. Abso includes some aptitude and skills testing elements.

Talent Edition
