Who are recruiters looking for these days? Beyond.com says it's workers with limited experience; five years or less is the new sweet spot.
The company's First Quarter 2009 Career Trends Analysis and Industry Outlook Reports, released today, provides an in-depth look at the latest job market trends.It found a 15.2 percent increase in healthcare workers, with a majority of having 1-3 years experience, while job postings call for a year or less. There was a 54.5 percent in IT workers looking for a job. Most had 5-10 years experience, while recruiters were seeking 3-5 years.
