The multi-service recruitment marketing and promotions firm not long ago launched a promotions division, with an online mall offering a variety of gifts and recognition awards.
With employees battered by plummeting pension plans, dwindling 401Ks and the layoffs of co-workers, “Anything that a company can do to reduce stress and worry of their employees is important,” says Jill Waldorf, senior vice president, Bayard Promotions. “These simple gestures can go a long way in engaging employees and showing them that the company appreciates their hard work and understands what they are feeling."
