The tool was designed as a recessionary recruiting service to mobilize people within companies to begin a mutually beneficial dialogue with students."Answers" allows employees at any company to locate their school on AfterCollege. They are then asked to join their relevant department or group career network and to update their profile with their current employer. With their identity established, employees can begin answering questions posed by students within their career network.
