Beth Ronnenburg, of Berkshire Associates, a human resources consulting and technology firm, will show attendees at the upcoming Industry Liaison Group National Conference, how to get out of the boxing ring and back into the office in her presentation, “One Goal -- Two Departments: How to Win the Compliance Match-up.”

Berkshire says most federal contractors and other companies have two distinct departments: Affirmative Action (AA) and Recruiting. However, during an audit, the AA department will be the one dealing with the OFCCP. How to help the two groups work together more effectively is the subject of Ronnenburg's presentation.
